 * I recall seeing the suggestion to add QR codes to tickets. I wonder how this 
   idea is progressing; when it might be integrated.
 * When it is integrated, will there be a scanning software created alongside it?

 * To scan a barcode you will be able to use any run of the mill smartphone/tablet
   QR code scanner, the device will just need internet access.
