please help
Hello,
It seems you are using the shortcode for a dynamic content without content data, can you show me a copy of the shortcode used ?
Thank you, best regards.
thank you for your reply
here is the short code I used inside short code its belong to plugin named ultimate member
[kaya_qrcode_dynamic title=”username QR code” ecclevel=”L” color=”#2198DC” align=”alignleft”][um_field_data field=user_login][/kaya_qrcode_dynamic]yes it is dynamic but it was work before and suddenly stopped show the QR code I think after the last update of wordpress
best regards
even when use static method QR code not appear
[kaya_qrcode title=”test title” content=”test content” ecclevel=”L” align=”alignnone”]Ok, if this issue occurred right after the last WordPress update, it maybe connected to the WordPress 5.5 JQuery problem that causing unexpected behaviors ?
You can check this and tell me. If the problem does not come from that, you can provide me an online page with the exemple of the problem.
Thank you, best regards.
I installed fresh wordpress site and I test the shortcode alone and it worked and tested with kaya and qr code not showed as in this page please check
https://caplap.tk/test-qr-code/
regarding what you mentioned about jquery problem I am sorry to tell I am not professional to know that
so please advise
best regardsI just checked at the different tests you made on your site.
The one on “second qr code test” page is working well, what tells me the plugin is functionnal, so I looked at “test QR code” page, indeed the image generated is all white.
So I have verified the parameters, and there is an error on your color parameter: the content is ”#2198DC” with the quotation marks, which shouldn’t be like that, you should delete the double quotes of the parameters.
When I manually deleted them and retested the generation, it works fine. Try it and tell me if it’s ok.
Thank you, best regards.
thank you dear
in this wordpress site yes you were right after I delete the quotation marks its work well
but in my main site still the problem I have not like this site a white image its the shape of the missing image
its look there are conflict with other plugin
I will do test to find the plugin that made thin conflict and let you know
best regardsactually I disabled all plugin and used default them but unfortunately the problem still there the image didn’t appear and this is image for that
http://www.mediafire.com/file/bkf6nmcsrn0a47f/2020-09-01_224828.png/filedo you have any idea what can cause this issue ?
best regards
Indeed, the generation script seems to be broken for a reason. It is weird if all other plugins are disabled and the default theme is used.
You should try to update WordPress 5.5.1 patch which should fix the JQuery problem, if this doesn’t change the issue, I will need an online page from your main site with the example of the problem.
Thank you, best regards.
I update wp but with no fixing
https://newhope.me/test-qr-code/ this is the page that have the test
username and password is user
once you login you will find username is written but qr code not appear
best regardsHello,
Indeed, I looked at the page and executed manually the generation and it worked. But for some reasons, the function don’t launch automatically like it must do. There is maybe a conflict with another plugin or a theme function.
I’m looking to fixing that issue, but I have to find what is wrong first. I will do my best and get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you, best regards.
