# Q&A is error

 * I am unable to submit questions in Q&A again.
    I’m not sure what caused it. I
   deleted and reinstalled the plugin but still solved the problem. I cleared the
   web cache but it didn’t help. The error is as detailed in the picture.

 * Can you please update the plugin to the version 4.18, deactivate any caching 
   plugins that you might have, and check if the problem is resolved?
