Q&A format needs a design overhaul

The main reason I chose this forum is now one of the biggest issues I have with it, the Q&A functionality.
There just is not enough of a visual distinction between posting a comment and posting an answer leading to threads in my forum full of answers that are general conversations.
Stack overflow handles this a little better where the comment text box is in the comment area and the answer box is a little more distinguished as an actual answer.

This issue can be solved by simple unchecking/disabling the “Can answer own question” permission for the Standard Accesses in Dashboard > Settings > Forum Access admin page. Thus the question owner will always reply as comment.
This permission brings more Q&A friendly discussion. If this permission is disabled, all new replies of Question Authors in Q&A topics will be added as comments. Answer button will only be available for other users.
I assume your users default Usergroup is Registered and all forums have Standard Access for Registered Usergroup.
