 * Are you able to restrict Q&A to instructors that only collaborate to the specified
   courses? This meaning that Instructors can only view Q&As that are only relevant
   to them.

 * the admins can view all the q&as this is not limited to the course instructor
   only. The admin is the owner of the site that is the reason why all the authority
   is assigned to the admin so that they can see everything. There is no way to 
   hide any content from the admin of a site in tutor lms i am very sorry to say
   but that is not an option. I hope you understand.
