I recently installed PWA, however, it is only appearing the icon for browsers via desktop and disappearing when the user accesses via smartphones.

It was appearing normally, I cleared all nginx and redis caches, even so it doesn’t appear. It also has an error when accessing pointing to the manifest. The error only disappears when I activate the browser’s autition bypass.

As I show in the figure:

I actually do have the Add to Homescreen prompt appear on my mobile (Android Chrome) when I access it. I also see it on desktop (Chrome on Mac).

You saying that it is appearing in your normally.
Because all the smarthpnes I accessed it appeared and some I added the icon. However, if you delete the icon or decline, the message will not reappear. Is it a bug?
You will see this is the problem of not showing up again. Perhaps, the plugin does not recognize that those smartphones no longer had the icon’s pwa on their app screen.

The behavior of showing the PWA install prompt is part of the browser. The plugin doesn’t do anything in that area. So that would be a question for a browser maker.
