PWA .JS string cannot be deleted

    Hello, can anyone help me?
    I deleted PWA from the blog. but when I check GTmetrix some PWA files are still detected so the score on GTmetrix becomes slow.

    how can i delete it?
    I previously purge on the CDN and also clear the cache on W3 Total Cache
