put banner at the very top

    Hi everyone, I am uncertain as to how I can hook to wp_head where I’ll display an image banner and have it displayed at the very top of my page.

    Or am I using a wrong action hook?

    The banner should be at the very top where it will be a block element that will push my template below it.

    Is this has something to do with priority? This will work like a plugin for my website.

    This is the same with adding a banner before and after (bottom-most part) the footer area.
