 * Hi, Jamin – we had pushlive set up and working great. We then installed the ‘
Thrive Content Editor’ plugin as the ‘Accelerate’ theme. Something seems to be
   broke.
 * The first push provided successful status responses on all phases but failed
to add a new entry to the pushlive log. Testing showed some elements did not
get copied. Although the ‘Accelerate’ theme was there the menus, and images that
were a part of the dev pages were not.
 * I examined the production directory and determined that the plugin was there
and the database had been updated with the 1 new table that the plugin required.
The plugin functions properly so I doubt that this caused any problem.
 * I then tried to do a second push which reported successful status on all phases.
Plus this time a new log entry was created. However, menus and images associated
with the theme were still missing.
 * Anything special about certain themes? I can’t tell by looking if something didn’t
work – just that the dev site has all the stuff and the prod site does not.
 * Any suggestions on next steps? I am amenable to providing admin access to our
system for you if that is needed.
 * Many thanks.

 * Update: I mistakenly reported that the menus didn’t transfer between dev and
live systems. In fact the menus do, but they loose their order. The images are
   still missing.
 * For your comparison here is the dev link:

 * and here is the production link:

 * As you will note, some of the page formatting is also missing. Dunno…..

 * Another piece of info: the following was found in the PHP ‘error_log’ and might
explain the issue with my pushlive issue:

 * At first glance, it appears that there may be a code issue somewhere within the
template you’re using. I will have to look into it further to be sure. One quick
test would be to temporarily use a different template and see if the error persists
in the PHP error log. If it doesn’t persist, you may want to contact the maker
of that template to inform them of a possible issue. Though, the issue might
be caused due to the programmer using programming methods that don’t easily work
with PushLive and therefore they might not be able to determine that actual issue
unless they themselves troubleshoot using PushLive.
Let me know what you find
out, and we’ll go from there. You can contact me via email if you wish.
