out of the blue (or I suppose, purple) I’m seeing a purple box around navigation bar items on click.

what I think I’m seeing is caused by this

outline-width: 2px;

}

Now, is this the Theme updating the style sheet with new style declarations? If so, I’d need to disable updates.

thanks, I need to disable auto Theme updates. This unexpected stuff freaks out clients.

I wouldn’t recommend disabling theme updates, you’ll miss out on important updates/fixes.

Please read the changelog before performing updates, or keep an eye on the releases at github to see what’s coming: https://github.com/woothemes/storefront/releases
