Purge When Saving Or Updating Posts

WP-Optimize has been the BEST plugin for our website.

We constantly create and update blog posts and other custom entities that are shown at the home page.

How can we purge the home page cache each time a blog post or custom entity post is created or updated? We have been searching but haven’t found a specific solution.
