• Hi, I have a question: how could I purge the cache only for the single post that I’m editing?
I see that in “Page cache” options page is only considered in terms of list of pages (like archive…) and nothing about single number of posts.

In fact, purging so many numbers of posts (like at least 10 posts, with 1 pages setting in “Page cache” options page) makes a lot of cpu work for the server.

    Thanks!

  • yea i noticed that too. In Page Cache i set the purge limit from 10 (default) to 1 because as u know it would purge the post u are editing but also the first 10 pages of the front page (e.g. page/2/,page/9/). When i set it down to 1 (since u cannot do 0 or it will purge everything) it no longer purges my pages — just my post itself and the front page (since it is page/1/).

I also created my own patch so it also re-caches the post’s rss feed when edits are made since this plugin does not cache rss at all (for whatever reason) which at least for my site there are an inordinate # of slams on rss feeds.
