    Hi,

The purge cache button that redirects to statically.io/purge redirects to a 404 page. This has been a couple of weeks now.

On their website and github page they still point to that url and I can’t find any support issues about it either.

Any idea what’s going on and how to request a purge?

@cfmwebdesign @teos This is an issue with Statically. Contact them directly. https://statically.io/

    Hi Gijo,

That’s a little bit too easy I think. I understand that the issue is with Statically tecnically speaking.

But what it also means is that you now offer a plugin that misses certain functionality that should be there. Why else create a purge button if it doesn’t work anyway?

It seems to me it is also in your own interest to fix this by either removing that button and clearly display a message to users that the cache cannot be purged, or contact Statically yourself to figure out what is going and hopefully provide a fix to your users.

@cfmwebdesign the purge button is just a link to their page. Currently, it’s returning a 404. I don’t whether it’s a temporary issue or permanent. Just because it’s not working now, I can’t remove it from the plugin.

I’ve already contacted Statically team, waiting for their response.

Hey @gijo, have you got a reply from Statically? I have the same problem for all my sites.
