@bozzo23 Thanks for reporting this, However we have tested deleting the minified files and all the files are getting deleted.
Can you please try to disable and activate the Wp-Optimize plugin again and check if it deletes all the minified files?

Yes that’s correct, when using both WP-Optimize’s page cache and Minify, the old files aren’t kept anymore, as it shouldn’t be necessary.
would be nice to fix this , since google ofter use old css
Could you explain in what instance would google use old CSS files? As I’m not sure why that would be.

So tested , disable re activate plugin , still same.
if i purge cache , then the minified fille are put aside, keep in case of future need ( In order to prevent broken pages when using a third party page caching, WP-Optimize keeps the stale minified cache for 30 days.
Enter 0 to never keep stale cache.)
i still have the 30 there.
but if i purge the minimified cache , now , it purge it all (curent and total go to 0), when in past it was just purging curent cache.
Which leads to an endless stream of 404 errors in the access log (not only from crawlers but also from al kind of devices (mobile , tablets etc).
For now “minify” off, until the new version of wp-optimize.
