    Hello, there.

It does actually look like that image is still on your server, if you take off the wp.com CDN domain and check the original URL:

    http://www.121girls.com/profile-image/medium/2127/Alex.png

That’s still loading under that directory on your server. Would you be able to log into your server via a file manager or FTP program and ensure that this file is deleted? Once it is, please let us know and we’ll also clear it from our cache. Thanks!

    Hi,

This is correct the images are dynamically loaded from a database table and are not stored via the file server.

This image is the correct image:
    http://www.121girls.com/profile-image/medium/2127/Alex.png

This is the image that is cached and needs to be updated with the above image:
    https://i1.wp.com/www.121girls.com/profile-image/medium/2127/Alex.png?w=660&ssl=1

For some reason when you remove the ?w=660&ssl=1 from the end of the URL the correct image displays.

    Hi @aaronelite

I have removed this image from our cache.

Please note that if you try to check to confirm if the images are removed from our system and you re-load the Site Accelerator specific URL (the one starting with i0), this will trigger a cache once more of the image to return.

Let us know if you have any questions on this!

    Best,

    Hi,

    Thank you for doing above.

Can you please do the same again for this image URL:
    https://i0.wp.com/www.121girls.com/profile-image/medium/2128/Philippa.png?w=660&ssl=1

As you delete it the image will update immediately agian.

    Kind Regards,

    Aaron

    Hi Aaron,

This image has been purged from our Photon / Site Accelerator cache.

Important: If you continue to access that URL (even simply to check if it was deleted), Photon will begin displaying this image again if it is still accessible at the original URL. This is how our CDN works. It sends the image URL as a parameter, and then loads the image if enough people request it.

I also recommend deleting or renaming the original versions of this file, clearing any site-side caching, and clearing browser caching.

    Cheers.
