    Hello,

I’m trying to use the W3 Total Caching plugin on a website that is running auctions. It has a counter that refreshes all bids etc. every 30 seconds. But when 50 visitors are loading it puts a lot of stress on the website. I want to start using a cache for this, but refresh/purge that cache every 30 seconds. Is this possible?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

You can use cache preload option for this. Performance>Page cache. Set the number of seconds to wait before creating another set of cached pages.

    Hello,

Thanks for the quick answer! I have set the ‘Update interval’ to 30 seconds, but it doesn’t still seems to be loading pages of more than minutes ago.

Or do I need to set up more options for this to work?

You can add sitemap URL A compliant sitemap can be used to specify the pages to maintain in the primed cache. Pages will be cached according to the priorities specified in the XML file.
    Is your browser cache enabled?
