 * Because of static data in my site , It is necessary for me to click purge all(
   for example every 1 hours ) , but the problem is that I can not be on line ever.
   
   Is there any option to set purge all automatically ? And how long you recommend
   as appropriate time for purge all ?

 * Usually ,no , by design whenever you publish something , related pages will automatically
   be purged.
