    I am trying to modify the titles of the site navigation bars, any suggestions
   how to edit this code (I have looked through the templates and can’t find it).

 * You are running 3.1, so the menu is probably handled in WP-Admin under Apearance
   >Menus.
 * The title/subtitle look like they’re just being pulled from WP-Admin, under Settings
   >General Settings.

 * Was able to edit name of blogroll, but haven’t been able to find edit field for
   the other side bar links.
