Purchased theme but on install wont let me access important section. Help!

    Please help!

    Installed this theme: Website- Responsive WordPress Theme

    Installed correctly and can see the theme when activated BUT I cannot access the theme options panel. I get this:

    Theme options /Web Options
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 786432 bytes) in /home/wat19781/public_html/wp-content/themes/website/drone/dronehtml.class.php on line 2

    Ive requested support from the author and am wasting time waiting for a reply. Has anyone seen this error message before anywhere and give me an idea if its WordPress, my server -which seems totally fine with the correct permissions etc – or the theme ITSELF.

    This is immensely frustrating.
