  • You can not use the smaller chat window unless you pay for the premium. The price was right so I purchased it. When I went to activate the smaller chat window it prompted me again to pay for premium to use that feature. There were no prompts or instructions on how to activate the premium feature after you have paid. I have sent emails and even opened a ticket on paypal but have yet to receive any response. There doesn’t seem to be any support available for this product. At this point I am feeling like I have been scammed.

    Oh come on, plugin has no auto-activation, I was informed about payment at about 1AM my time, so I was sleep, In just couple of hours you opened case on PayPal, rated plugin to 1 star, really? 🙁 Your plugin is active now, I’m sorry but I’m not Microsoft or Apple corp to have 24/hour support, it’s just me, one developer who also need to sleep sometime. Sorry for 5 hours activation, but you are right, with next update I’ll give information about 24 hour time for activation. Also if you like to refund, just tell me, I’m not scamming anyone…

    My apologies and thank you for fixing the issue. The small chat window is working. I would like to continue using the plugin. Maybe if you could add a note maybe on the setting screen about upgrading there might be less confusion. There are so many dishonest developers out there, I, unfortunately, have been taken more than once. I am glad this is not the case with your app. Keep up the good works.

    I’m really glad that you like it and plugin is useful for you. Thank you for purchasing premium version. Yes you are right, note about 24-hour activation will be added with next update 🙂 You can also try new, Android app for Author Chat, it’s in early development stage and now you can only read chat conversation, more features with next updates!
