Purchased PRO, No Response from Author

The PRO version of this plugin was purchased some time back – the plugin worked great so I figured I’d purchase full version, however there were a few issues with the author’s website when I placed my order – but all has since been resolved. Now, I am attempting to switch my license from one site to another, however I cannot access this area as the “sorder Status” listed on author’s website for my transaction is set to “On Hold”, therefore disallowing me my access to plugin. I have attempted to reach out to the developer via contact form several times, with no luck. There is no direct contact E-Mail listed. I see the free version of this plugin has been updated regularly, however developer seems to have forgotten about his actual customers. I have been attempting contact since about November of 2017 – I am very unsatisfied with everything to do with this transaction, aside from the plugin itself (which I cannot currently use regardless).
