Purchased plugin, support form on website not working

    Disappointed that website support form has not been fixed as it was brought to their attention before in this support forum already.

    Plugin not giving accurate location. Latitude and longitude is incorrect. I searched through this support forum, no posts apply to my situation. I do not have a cached plugin connected to this website.

    Contact form is not working for support request. Could you provide an email to reach out?

    Long story short, I’m trying to disable the license from a website and it’s not working. Second issue, I’m seeing the same website activated twice (with the same IP address). Third one, I’m trying to activate a license into a website and it’s not working (I still have one free slot).
