    Just bought the plugin. Now I read the reviews and am very fearful that there wont be support. Please respond to this to let me know that you are willing to support the plugin.

    FREEMIUS? No, this is not making me happy. I don’t use freemius with any plugins. I refuse their opt-in. So how can I use your plugin since you have made it mandatory that I submit my license to freemius and opt in in order to activate my license?

    Let’s talk refund.

    I can’t log in to the support website. Had trouble resetting the login with the feemius link in my email. It has now worked.

    Basically, I did not see a tab for tickets on my account page when I was logged in. It would be great to track those from my account tabs.
