Purchased $19.99 Product Timer Countdown

Hi John.. I made a purchase from your site: ProWCPlugins.com for the Product Timer Countdown for $19.99 and when I tried to download the zip file to install on my site.. the folder / file was “empty?” Also, the download wasn’t just empty.. the download page took me to a completely different product download page for “Product Price by Formula?” I didn’t buy “Product Price by Formula” I clicked to by “Product Timer Countdown?”
I sent you a email via your support@prowcplugins.com. Inovice # 2051. Can you please send me the zip file and please expedite this request seeing as I didn’t get what I paid for?
