we were not able to reproduce such an issue on our end, can you let us know why the Item name is empty in the screenshot and is it happening for a single product or all the products on your site?
Also, which version of EDD are you using, have you updated it to the latest version?
Can you please share your site URL with us so we could have a look on our end as well.

The site is currently only in local development so can’t share the URL.
I’ve blanked out the item name for confidentiality but everything else about the site is pretty vanilla with regards to how EDD is set-up.
I’ve only tested with one product for now but can do so for other products.
Is it possible that it’s a conflict with old data from the ‘Sale Price’ add-on and not pulling from your ‘Bulk Sale Price’ add-on?

Can you disable the Bulk sale price plugin and enable the Sale price plugin only and check the purchase total now. Does it show the same error now?
Also, which version are you using for the Sale price plugin?

I’ve now done this and the price is showing correctly at the bottom of the checkout.
I think it does seem to either be a conflict of data in the database between the two plugins or a bug in the EDD Bulk Price plugin.

Can you try deleting the Sale price plugin and test this with a new download?

Just tested it on a download that was made exclusively using your plugin and it’s still displaying the original price and not the sale price.
Testing by creating a new download using the EDD Sale Price plugin works correctly however.
