    Hello.

    When creating an account on the site the user gets an email from LifterLMS welcoming him. However the user never gets any emails with purchase receipts. The site is new and is still in development-mode. The issue has been there from the beginning. Any ideas? Is this working for everybody else?

    Check your notification settings under LifterLMS -> Settings -> Notificatiosn for the purchase receipt, do you have this notification enabled for the student under “Recipients”?

    Note that we don’t send receipts for “free” purchases (eg enrollment into access plans with no price).

    If you’re using the manual gateway you have to “complete” the order before the receipt is sent

    If you’re using other gateways and they are paid purchases can you open a new support ticket via email so we can take a closer look at your site.
