    The title says it all. I’ve got several purchase confirmation pages which after adding pixel using Pixel Caffeine are still not firing. Not sure what to do here. Tried deleting and readding, still no luck. Seems to have stopped working at least a few weeks ago.

  • I would like to up this ticket. Pixels are working on my site but are no longer being registered by the plugin.

    I also get an error when trying to create custom audiences: Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.

    Doesn’t matter what I do, doesn’t work.

    Hi,

    @hyperbits I see on your website that the pixels are fired correctly. If you are referring to the chart in dashboard, it is been fixed in the latest version of the plugin 2.0.5.

    @jpruitt Also here, your issue seems to be due to the newest changes of Facebook API. This is been fixed in the latest version 2.0.5 as well and I made a topic for this issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/important-apologies-and-update-to-pixel-caffeine-2-0-5-needed/

    So the solution for both is: upgrade the plugin to the newest version 🙂

    Furthermore, if you occur into the modal issue after upgrade to the newest version, please join to this topic to have the fix for this issue.

    Thank you. I apologize for the amateur mistake on my end. For someone reason my WordPress never picked up on the needed update.

    Hey, sorry about the delay, was on vacation – I ended up hiring a tech person to help fix the pixels. Looks like if I had waited a few weeks, the update might’ve solved it. Thanks anyway!
