Purchase Orders Showing Products Received vs. Products Still Pending

    Hello,

    So once we’ve created a purchase order (ex: PO1) and that purchase order has been sent out to the vendor. We sometimes receive partial orders. So from PO1 we would only have received 20 products instead of 50. Is there a way to show that or track that on Atum? We would also like to see if there is a way to mark the Purchase Order paid, unpaid, or partially paid, is there a way to do that as well?

    HI @junpat01 ,

    Thank you very much for your post, question and for using ATUM.

    The free version POs are editable, so when you receive a partial order, you can edit the amount and mark completed to reflect the correct inventory.

    Every other features you requested above will not be part of the free version, however, is already planned for one of our premium add-ons coming in 2020. This forum is however only for the free plugins so I can not discuss premium features any further. Feel free to go over to our official forum to request more information.

    Is there no way to see the original amount I ordered and what exactly I have received and what is pending on the same PO. Without having to edit it, then mark it as complete and open new PO for the new order.

    The reason for that is, let’s say I ordered 50 products and automatically send the PO to the vendor. I only get 35. I edit my current PO and say I received 35. And then open a new PO for 15 products, that new PO I mistakenly send to the vendor and now he thinks we are ordering 15 more pieces.

    Another issue is let’s say I have a large order for thousands of products/skus. I can’t just manually enter in what I have received and then somehow remember the quantities I orders versus received.

    I would be open to getting the premium version, but I need to know that it has this functionality. I’d also like to know what type of support you provide to your premium members? Would you guys work with us 1-on-1 to setup our inventory and PO system?

    I will try to reply to whatever I can without risking this post to be deleted by the admins.

    Free ATUM POs have no traceable options, if you make changes within the PO add notes to log em.

    For any premium features, pls do as advised in my first reply. We do not offer 1 on 1 setup, however, sure we give advice and full documentation.
