Not sure why my request of an updated status has been ignored, which was sent not only using this email but as well as your site and through twiiter and through facebook and through wordpress support. I am concerned of the lack of communication and whether you really do have the ultra up and ready for my site that you sold me. It was also explained that you would deliver and install but as of yet nothing has been done. The plugin should install properly anyway through the wordpress plugin installation facility. I am giving this one last effort in good faith somehow this has been accidentally overlooked otherwise I will need to seek help elsewhere. I am hoping it will not have to go to that extent. I don’t think it is fair that you installed your free version which sends out daily tweets advertising your company and that I am using your free version when in fact I have purchased your ultra version and should not be having to use your free version.
I do plead with you to please respond and if you do not plan on fixing the plugin so it will work with my system as well as others to refund the purchase cost and let me know this or when you plan on sending the fixed working plugin for installation.
