Purchase Note in new order email

    Hi

    I am trying to display purchase notes in my ‘New Order’ email, ie the one that goes to the vender, not the customer.

    I have entered purchase notes for some of the products and they display on the ‘Processing Order’ email that the customer gets, but I need it in the ‘New Order’ email that the vender gets as well and can’t see how to do that.

    Hi @lveale,

    Additional details are usually added to emails via some code within a plugin and if you reach out to the developers of the Vendors plugin you are using they will possibly be able to offer some guidance for you as this forum is only for questions related to the free WooCommerce plugin.

    Thanks for your email.
    It is the WooCommerce plugin that I am using. I have approached WooCommerce support, but they say it can be done with actions/hooks but they don’t provide support for custom coding so can’t help.

    I was hoping someone on here might be able to advise.

    Hi @lveale,

    The vendor’s email you reference is not part of the default WooCommerce plugin and this forum is for questions related to the free WooCommerce plugin but not for any of its extensions.

    For development, related questions Stack Exchange would be a good place to ask those and there are many existing questions and answers there which may help you make the changes you wish.
