I deactivated some Plugin, but i dont know why the PUR EVENT is not fired.

The problem here is that the Purchase event doesn’t fire at all. Why this happens, is hard to tell. Do you use custom thank you pages? Do you test by doing an actual transaction?
Yes I’m using a custom thank you page. Because the URL shown in the screenshot is my thank you page, but I have not assigned any events currently on my thank you page.
Unfortunately the free version of our plugin won’t be able to work.
We do support custom thank you pages with our paid Advanced and Agency licenses, but there are a few conditions:
1. Install PixelYourSite Professional and the Super Pack.
2. Remove the current redirect for the custom thank you page.
3. Setup the custom thank you page using the Super Pack option. It can be a global page, or per product: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/documentation/custom-thank-you-pages
The other option is to call our dedicated filter on the custom thank you page: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/documentation/purchase-event-filter-for-developers
Please keep in mind that we don’t support custom coding.
I have the same issue and i have no Custom Thank you Page.
I try it on a other Site and there is a PUR Event.
On my Site not.
i use this site to test.

only PAGE VIEW EVENT.
I test it also in the Event Manager with the Test event, No PUR event.
with the other site it is displayed.

Do you have any plugin changing the default WooCommerce checkout process?
Is that URL the exact URL you get after a real transaction takes place?
i think no. i delete a lot of plugins and test it again.

Yes and its the same Setup. i dont now why the pixel doenst fire on my site.
i try:
– deactivated some plugins. (also Caching plugins)
– deactivated pixel your site and activate.
– Reset Pixelyoursite to default
– try without CAPI
– take new Conversion API
– deactivated some code snippets
any suggestions? 😀
