Purchase Error

Hi, I have purchased the plugin for Events Manager pro yesterday, and after paying on paypal, was taken to an error screen. I can’t access the plugin and can’t install on my client’s site until I get access.
I have tried to email/facebook message for help, but no response yet. I have a deadline to meet and wondered if anyone here is in charge of running the plugin and can help urgently?
If not I will have to process a paypal refund as it’s been hours now and no response. I am worried that I have paid and not got access.
Please help!!
