# punycode subdomain names

 * Hi,
 * I’d like to clone to a subdomain name that includes characters outside the a-
   z range (swedish characters in my case). I tried converting the subdomain name
   to punycode and input it like that but the “-” sign isn’t allowed in the name.
 * For example: let’s say I want the subdomain name to be `äventyret`, in punycode
   that converts to `xn--ventyret-zza`
 * Is it possible to achieve this some other way?

   an update soon that will allow punycode.
