# Pulling up custom menus

 * Sorry for being dumb, I’ve had a search around but couldn’t find what I assume
   is a very basic answer:
 * I’m using as yet a theme that ‘doesn’t support’ custom menus, but I can obviously
   still create them, and I must be able to pull them up manually myself? There 
   must be a simple way of pulling up a custom menu I’ve created as a list inside
   my custom theme?
