Pulling posts from WordPress blog into HTML page

Hi,

I’m relatively new to WordPress and know little about PHP (although am familiar with basic HTML and CSS). I have designed a HTML website in Kompozer and made space in the website to have a blog.

I’ve successfullly installed WordPress and was looking for a way to pull the posts (in full, along with their titles) that are made to my WordPress blog onto one of the HTML pages in my original website. I know there’s alot of stuff on the net about doing exactly this, but I’ve been stuck on this for almost 3 days now and after having tried lots of different approaches, can’t seem to get this to work.

I understand that there are several ways of doing this – via feeds, via PHP or through directly accessing the mySql database – and I’d be happy with any of these approaches. Whatever would be easiest/quickest really!
