    Using getswift plugin woocommerce-shipping-getswift_2.0.2 (2)
    Woocommerce 3.5.7

    I am trying to send orders to getswift however when the orders are processed the order address is redirecting to a USA address instead of a NZ address. Have contacted getswift team about their plugin, however they insist that it is because woo commerce is not capturing the full address. How do I make woo commerce capture the full address.

    Hi there,

    The address that are captured will be seen on the order overview page under **WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR ORDER**. While I’m not sure what data they’re looking for exactly, the address is shown at the top.

    If the address is missing data then it likely means there’s 3rd party plugin conflict OR that additional customisation is needed by a web developer to extend the core WooCommerce plugin.

    With that said, you’ll want to check the address details that is being saved and then match that up with what GetSwift is expecting. You’ll also want to check what address data is getting saved when disabling all of your plugins and switching to default 2019 theme – if more address data is available when your plugins are disabled, it means that one of your plugins are interfering with the default collection.
