When I press the publishpress block plugin in a draft, I get a fatal error with three options. None of the options bring about a response, and afterwards when opening any post to edit, the same three options appear. (This only applies to the custom post categories.) The first is “attempt recovery,” the second is “copy post text,” then the third is “copy error.” Here is the code for the error:

    Hi @lmflower,
    may you elaborate this?

When I press the publishpress block plugin in a draft

Basically, pressing this plugin (in the top right corner of the screen when I edit a post) disables my ability to edit all custom posts. The general “posts” category is unaffected. The reason I cannot edit any other custom posts after pressing the plugin in one post is because the same error message appears when I open each post. I cannot see any text, just the error message box. And when I click any of the three options in the error message, nothing happens. Let me know if this helps or if you need more information.

If I deactivate the plugin, I can see the text again. I want to use the plugin, but once I click it, I can’t do anything in WordPress, essentially.

    Do you mean here? https://ibb.co/9pdk4RL

    1. Which WordPress version are you using?
    2. Which PublishPress Blocks version are you using?
    3. If you deactivate the plugin and activate back, does solves the issue?

    (@lmflower)

Yes, that is where the plugin is.

    1. WordPress version 5.7.2
    2. PublishPress Blocks version 2.7.1
    3. Deactivating the plugin and reactivating it does not solve the issue.

Do I need an account for PublishPress that is separate from my WordPress account in order to submit a members support ticket? This is a project for my job.

You can become a member to get faster support, or submit a non-members ticket. For the second option an account is not required.

    Great, thanks for your help!
