Publishing to Facebook, Twitter, and Google

    Hello all. I’ve been doing some searches on this, but would love to get feedback directly from the community. I’ve recently switched from Drupal to WP (which was a pain) and I’d like to find a plugin or something that will allow any post I publish to be published on my Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ pages. It doesn’t have to be something that publishes the whole post (and, obivously, this wouldn’t even be possible with Twitter). I’d be happy if it simply published a link back to my site. Is there something that can do this that’s been reliable and supported by the developer and community?
