# publishing the form

 * Hi guys, I have successfully created my form, quite useful plugin by the way.
   But the problem is that I cannot publish it on my Contact us page. How should
   I add the form there? I can understand my question can be a bit stupid, but I
   am a novice and it’s a bit complicated for me.
