Publishing posts in custom pages for each category

Hello everyone,
I’m new to WP. I’m sorry if the post is a duplicate: I’ve searched for a topic on this subject for a long time now.
I’m using the theme Twenty Ten 1.0 (one of the few available for 3.0 yet???).
In my website lnx.emanuelesegre.it (sorry, in Italian only, yet) I’d like to publish all the new posts in the home page. And this is easy: but I’d like to publish them after my fixed home page Page. How do I do that?

And I’d also like to make the posts appear in different pages, according to their category (for example, I’d like the posts in the CDs category to appear after my own Page named “CDs”). Is it possible, and how is it possible, to do that?
