Which means nobody can sign up because the form is not showing online in the frontend only in my back end with the plugin. * What i want: We need volunteers to fill in a application for a Spay and Neuter campaign for dogs in Aruba. Therefore they need to fill in a questionnaire. I thought this would be a great replacement to do it online plus all is in a database. On the “manage database fields” page in the Participants Database admin menu, each field has a “signup” checkbox.
