    Greetings,

In wp-admin, when I publish a new post, I get this error: “Publishing failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON reponse.” The console displays a 502 Bad Gateway.

My WordPress and all the plugins are up to date.

This WordPress instance is hosted on getflywheel.com. Their devs said these are the errors they’re seeing in the PHP logs:

PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening '/www/wp-content/plugins/coblocks/src/blocks/post-carousel/block.json' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /www/wp-content/plugins/coblocks/src/blocks/post-carousel/index.php on line 332

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Hi @krp312,

This issue has been resolved in the latest version of CoBlocks. You should be running 1.17.3 CoBlocks. What version does your plugin page indicate is running?

    Best,

    Anthony

1.17.3. Thoughts on what else might be the problem?

    Hi @krp312,

I have a few ideas about what could be causing this. Are you able to login to your hosting server and check if the file is present in your hosting? /www/wp-content/plugins/coblocks/src/blocks/post-carousel/block.json. If the file is present than the issue is likely to be a caching issue such as PHP opcache for example. If the file is not present then i’d recommend reinstalling the plugin as its missing files. If the file is missing start by deactivating CoBlocks, deleting the plugin, re-installing the plugin and activating again.

Let me know what you find.

    Anthony

    Anthony,

Thanks so much for the help! It turns out it was another plugin (“Amp”). Again, thank you!

    Best,
    Kris

    Marking as resolved.
