WP2Social Auto Publish is able to auto post in 3 formats(/posting methods).
1.simple text message (Just the text as per the message format)
2.Attach link with clickable preview(Share a link to your blog post/Attach your blog post as posting method)
3.Upload image to Facebook album(App album/Timeline album)
The premium version supports 2 more posting methods,
4.Attach video along with text message
5.Multi-photo Facebook post(to timeline or app album)
You can set any of the above posting method as per your requirements.

Thank you for replying so quickly. I am aware of these publishing methods, but we need to publish to Facebook Events on our Page. Is that possible with WP2Social, or do we need another product of yours?
Publishing to Facebook with the above mentioned posting methods are currently supported.
Publishing to Facebook events is not supported ,this api feature is not available right now and creating the events as Facebook events in your fb page is also not supported by Facebook graph api.
As per the Facebook docs(https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v5.0/page/events)
This is a restricted edge. You cannot request access at this time.
If your Events are any custom -post type that you want to auto publish to facebook pages with any custom field values from it or in any other formats ,then please specify your exact requirements.
