 * Hello,
 * #1:I can not publish a new post, I receive the message, “updating failed” I have
   searched forums and one option is to install the “classic editor plugin” which
   leads to problem #2: The add new plugin page will not display any plugins.
 * I am running the latest version of WordPRess and my PHP is completely updated.

 * Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 * If you go to the add new plugin page is there an option to upload a plugin at
   least even if you can’t search for them? If so, you can download the Class Editor
   here

 * Then go the add new plugin page, upload the plugin and activate it to see if 
   that resolves the issue.
