Published Webpage not showing up online, but shows in Word Press.

    I’m not extremely WordPress savvy, but I’m having trouble with publishing a page on my site.

    Working in WordPress shows that I’ve published my page and I am able to view it fine in wordpress, but when I open a new window and manually enter my website to view the update – it doesn not show up at all. This have been happening since yesterday, so I gave up and attempted today to see if the page exists, but it still does not show on my site.

    I’m not sure what to do or when it will show up. What am I suppose to do?

    When you say “page” are you referring to Pages created in Write > Write Page?

    Give a direct link to that Page (copying the link from your Manage > Pages > View panel.

    I can see it well – so what is the problem? Sorry, I couldn’t really understand your original post…

    sorry,

    After publishing a page on WordPress, I was able to view my page with all the details and updates I made on WordPress.

    But, after I log out of word press and open a new window to view my recent changes on my website, the page does not appear. For some reason it might be delayed? Or it could just be my computer? It’s been doing this since yesterday.
    A little frustrating…I’m not sure what to do.

    Can anyone explain why the page doesn’t view after you log out of word press…it’s a little strange.

    Where should it “appear”?
    I am not logged in and can see it if accessed directly.

    Hello Moshu,

    Thank you for your help.

    I figured out away around it and moved my page under another MAIN page. Sorry for the confusion. I figured out that my previous web designer place the page parent (in word press) to another page that was private. Even after I published the private page, it sit didn’t work, so I decided to put under anothe parent page.
