I have the same situation. everything works in the preview, but the window does not pop up anymore. old and new windows do not work at all on the site.

For me, as it turns out, the popup works as I set the option to show “everywhere”. But when I set the show on the home page it doesn’t work.

@ketman thanks for the tip. We don’t want to annoy the website visitor by having pop-ups on every page so we are just looking for it to fire on the on the homepage.
@sygnoossupport also you shouldn’t mark this thread as resolved. Nothing has been resolved. The pop-up doesn’t work – I’ve sent the requested files to your support through wetransfer and I’ve only gotten responses that say that someone will respond. No one has responded and the wetransfer link is going to expire.
