Published Pages…disappeared!

    I upgraded my WordPress to version 2.8.6 but in the process, all my published pages disappeared.

    I ran the WordPress Database Backup plugin (before upgrading) which left me with a SQL file. Does anyone know how to convert an SQL to a WXR file? I’m going to try importing the missing pages.
