I haven’t got an error. I read about trying Permalinks in previous Forum posts.

Permalinks might not be the issue.
Not sure what you mean by “not showing on the website” because that could mean either the page is blank, or that it’s just not appearing on the navigation menu.
So you’ve created a page and published it. Edit it again then click to view it. Do you see the page?
You say you don’t see the page on your website. Do you mean it doesn’t appear in the navigation menu? Or where else did you expect it to appear?
Have you used Dashboard > Appearance > Menus to add the page to the navigation?
When I edit the page and click on Preview I see the page. But when I click on Visit Site, it comes up with “Nothing found”.
Try after publish on your site
The url you gave is for your home page. What’s the url for that specific page you’re struggling to publish?
Try adding the page to Appearance > Menu.
Publish a Post. Same problem?
I was trying to publish my home page! I found a solution through Appearance > Menu: it offered me the option to have a static home page. I chose that and it solved the problem.
