Published Page not showing on site

Hi Everyone, So I haven’t created a page in a while I wrote a new one last night to put under my contact menu on the home page. I’ve hit publish and it is view able to public however when I go to look at the page it doesn’t show up under the contact menu. I can view the page fine if I type in the direct link it just isn’t showing up where I need it to. I am running a word press theme cohen, I just use the default menu as it has worked fine previously. My site is hosted by siteground.

Any help fixing this would be much appreciated.
