Publish rss-feeds form other sites

    I’m looking for a wordpress plugin that does the following:

      collects rss-feeds from other sites and stores the feeds in a local database,
      search the databas for specific words and deletes all records that don’t contain those words,
      publishes the rss-posts in ordinary wordpress-posts with the standard commenting system.

    I want to use this system to watch certain news topics for a project.
